Another drink package question...

If you're growing tired/hate drink package questions, probably not the right thread to click!

 

My wife and I will be staying in a boardwalk cabin for our 7 night cruise on Allure of the Seas. Due to staying in this particular cabin, we have two complimentary refreshment drink packages (which is great). My wife does not drink, but does like soda. On the internet, I tried to purchase the deluxe drink package for myself, but it will only allow for both of us to purchase it. I was waiting on the phone just now for a rep but it was taking too long, will they let me just buy it since she already has the other package?

There have been reports of them allowing one Deluxe and one Refreshment package to be purchased, however I've not seen any reports when the Refreshment package was part of a booking deal.

My husband cannot drink due to medical reasons . I was able to call and book a deluxe drink package for myself and the refreshment package for him with absolutely no problem

The refreshment includes specialty coffees, bottled water and virgin drinks in addition to the soda.

Then it wouldn’t work. She would need to purchase the package that includes Virgin cocktails, bottled water, etc.
