Midday flight from JFK - will we make it from Cape Liberty?

If you want to get a "prime" beach spot on a summer holiday weekend anywhere on the left or right coastal metro areas of the US, you'd surely be on the road by then.

And, as aforementioned, JFK et al. will be a zoo that weekend.

What if it's a rainy weekend and no one is going to the beach........lol............what if the whole week before September 1st they have an invasion of Jelly fish and the whole beach is closed for a month.......... make your plans for the cruise and enjoy your 12 Noon flight home . Have fun!

JFK will certainly NOT be a zoo on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Domestics might be busy on Friday and busier than normal on Monday. Saturday will be pretty slow.

I've used Dial7 multiple times when sailing out of Cape Liberty. Always had excellent experiences and would highly recommend.

We used Dial 7 for our three trips in September 2016. First trip for 4 people from JFK to our midtown Manhattan hotel, then the trip from Midtown to Cape Liberty to sail on the Anthem, and then from Cape Liberty to Newark airport after the cruise for 4. The costs for the trips was $63 from JFK, plus 20% tip. Midtown to Cape Liberty was $70 plus 20% tip. Then the most expensive and shortest $75 plus tip from Cape Liberty to Newark.

 

The experience was good. Similar to Uber.

If we disembark at Cape Liberty can we make a midday flight from JFK? Not sure of distance/traffic issues etc.

 

It's possible. You need to pre-order limo service and disembark as early as possible. It won't be about 1 hour drive if you start early.

international...between 9 and 930am for a 12 noon flight would be fine. .............looks like anytime from 1 to 3 hours before, from info below.

Thanks all, any suggestions of companies that offer reliable transfer services? We are going to need a few for this trip, JFK to Manhatten, Manhatten to Port, Port to JFK....

 

We got off Anthem Last Saturday. Carried off the ship at 7:00 am. Dial 7 picked us up at 7:30 and we were checked in at La Guardia at Terminal C by 8:30 and that was with a huge building on fire after the Holland tunnel that we had to go around. Unless the ship don't get in on time GO FOR IT!!
