Excursion Ticket Question

Hello all - this is our first cruise where we will be going on an excursion through the ship. I've read about excursion tickets - where / when do we get these? Or do we just use the print out from my NCL account showing we've purchased them?

 

Will there be any instructions prior to the excursion as to when / where to meet? We've got a couple of them lined up and I don't see any instructions online anywhere.

Your excursion tickets will be in your stateroom when you arrive and they will contain details of when and where to meet etc.

the tickets will be delivered to your cabin in a envelope that says shore excursions. sometimes this gets delivered in your room with the next day freesstyle daily or sometimes it is in the mail slot by the door

Yes the tickets will be in your cabin. They will tell you what time to meet and where (usually in the theater). Check them for accuracy and make any corrections at the shorex desk.

Sometimes your shorex will be cancelled during the cruise due to lack of participation. This happened to us last summer in Sweden and they called our cabin to notify us. We got it changed to a different one for no extra charge.

Shore Excursion staff are brilliant and really hard workers; Your tickets will be with you early in the evening on embarkation day if pre-booked. They are excellent at keeping you informed if there are changes.
