Deposits verses progress payments

i have a non refundable deposit on a symphony cruise and now want to make some progress payments but my TA is saying if I send more money it will also be non refundable. Seems odd on RCCLs part - they could be holding my money.

You need a new TA. Not so

Agree with previous poster. You can make payments, they are incorrect. Payments other than the deposit are refundable
