Freedom--Which deck is Preferred?

We are booked for this summer on FOS. We have a choice for deck 8 or 9. What is your favorite deck and why?

Can't think of a reason to choose one over the other.

I would take 9 since it is just 2 deck from pool and windjammer , we normally do 10

Agree. Pool/Windjammer is on 11. Promenade on 5. Either 8 or 9 is a good choice as only a few floors either way to the primary public spaces. We would prefer anywhere from 7-9 just to help avoid elevators:p

We just returned from the FOS on the 3/3 to 3/11 sailing and were on deck 7. I think deck 7-9 are great choices. We only use the stairs so being somewhere in the middle of the pool deck and promenade work for us. Pretty quiet on those floors as well.

Deck 8 is three decks from the Promenade and three decks from the Windjammer and pool. :) :) :)

I agree with decks 7-9. We were just on Freedom on Deck 7. Walked everywhere up and down.

There is potential for noise from the pool deck. We prefer deck 9 JS staterooms.
