MaC410 Posted March 13, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 13, 2018 Hi there. I am trying to set up an onboard expense account for my cruise in May as part of the online check in. I am able to enter all my information in but the checkbox that I need to check in order to go through with this information is not available to be clicked. Did anyone else have issues with this? Maraprince Posted March 13, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 13, 2018 I called the 800 number shown on the screen because I wanted to be sure 2 separate accounts were actually set up. Had issues everytime I attempted do so...all my info was wiped out and had to start all over again. Took awhile for the rep to fix the problem and I was assured that 2 separate accounts were set up.
