Rare Lionesss Posted March 17, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 17, 2018 its not available for purchase and says to check on the ship, does this mean it’s sold out? Having rode the coaster on several different sailings (4 to be exact). From Freedom of the Seas to Allure. It seems that on different sailings there is different booking options, with no method to the madness. Once on Freedom, we could get the all day pass, as well as on the Allure. The other times it was only a one time ticket. One excuse we got was on bigger ships with more tourist it was not available, but that was not true. Once you arrive at the check in area, sign your waivers, get your wrist band (3 attendants managing the line) this wait took about 15 min. cause we were early. But even if you can only purchase a single ride and there are two of you, you both can ride twice by going together in the same car, one being up front, and the other in back. Then get in line again, and switch places...........................or just do your single ride. Just remember what happened to us could happen to you. On the Allure we bought the all day pass, rode it early, and got in line again for about 60 min to wait our turn again:o When you wait in line as you get closer, you have to watch the safety video, before you go up the hill, yes, the ride is awesome, but not worth the wait. Half the waiting line area was not shaded and very hot. (we were there in August all 4 times). We learned from experience with this ride being so crowded as the day goes on, to go early. There is enough to do on Labadee so we do not do the all day pass. Yup it gets very crowded
RMH Posted March 19, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 19, 2018 There is also rarely a line at the end of the day - 90 minutes or so before All Aboard. With the All Day Pass at the end of the day, you can sometimes get off the coaster and get right back on and go again. If you plan to go more than once the All Day Pass as a single rider, the All Day Pass is the better deal.
