As much as I love fresh, made-to-order, Asian grill food, it's a disaster on a cruise ship. Even if you double the amount of labor, you've increased the cost, need to find more room, and it won't help the wait that much. What if more people decide to go? It's inefficient.

 

I know this isn't a popular option, but they need to figure out a pre-made option. I would much prefer a "chinese buffet" type option. Give me pre-made lo meins, rices, vegetables, warm sauces, and meats that can be served quickly.
