As long as you cancel 48 hours prior to that port arrival, then yes, you would be reimbursed, onboard as OBC. If you do not use that amount of OBC, you will be sent a refund check post-cruise.

Most shore excursions have a 48 hour before port arrival cancellation policy. Refunds will be onboard credit. Some limited capacity excursions like flight tours, have to be cancelled before you embark the ship (72 hours before sailing). Refund will be to your credit card.
