Canada New England Back to back - is it possible

Can I book a Canada New England out of Quebec City to New York on the Royal Princess and then stay on for next leg New York to Quebec City.

You're good. It's like doing the Vancouver to Whittier Alaska route and then staying on for the return trip to Vancouver.

You should have no problem - you're beginning and ending in a Canadian port, not a USA port. PVSA applies when you begin in one USA port and end in a different USA port without visiting a Far Distant foreign port in between.

We are doing the opposite later this year. We go from NYC to GC to NYC.

It has been my experience on two occasions that Princess will tell you if you are trying to book a series of cruises that are a violation of the PVSA.

No. You are booking a RT Quebec. PSVA is a violation when you board at one U.S. port and and then try to disembark at another U.S. port without stopping at a distant foreign port. The ABC islands and South America ports are the defined closest distant foreign ports to the U.S. Have fun on the cruise.
