Robes for Diamond Members of Navigator

Hi! Has anyone that is a diamond member been able to get a robe on the Navigator of the Seas lately? We heard on our last cruise they were phasing them out. If they don’t, my mom will pack a thin one. Thank you so much!

They are not phasing them out, but they are supposedly not giving them unless you ask.

They prefer that you REQUEST the robe from your cabin attendant so that they aren't just thrown in the back of the closet when someone else might want them.

We were on the Navigator for spring break. There were robes in both of our cabins. Don’t think it will be an issue to get a robe if you request it onboard.

Always had two Robes in our cabin upon boarding. Both are in the closet. Never asked for them, never used them.

Last 3 years only place they were already hung up in my room was in my 2BD/2BA Suite on Serenade. What's was Kool is besides 2 of the regular heavy ones was also 2 thinner nicer looking ones...

Ours is there and I always offer the cabin attendant the opportunity to have them back since I don't use them, but never had them take me up on the offer. Way too heavy.

We were Platinum on last Navigator cruise 2-11 Mar and asked room steward for them, got them immediately. Not everyone likes them but DW and I do use them in the evening on our aft balcony.

Onboard Navigator right now. Requested the robes on Day 1 and had them by the end of dinner that evening. Having a great cruise, as always!
