Disappointed in C & A sales

We have a large group planning to go on the Ovation in July of 2019. I called the C & A number to get quotes. I had to call them 3 times because of the room combinations & Accessible cabins we need. We have one family of 5 plus a small baby. Every time I called, I got different rates on that cabin. I know they can change quickly but.....2 times in a few minutes? I just tried again & they put me on hold & I got disconnected. I usually enjoy planning these things but I’m getting frustrated this time.....especially because I can’t get a “good” quote for our friends.

Do you qualify for group rates (8 staterooms & 16 passengers)?

 

 

 

I’m not sure yet. We will definitely have 16 passengers but other friends are showing interest in going.
