Cruzin with BQ & CQ Posted April 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2018 Do these suites qualify for suite perks such as double sailing day credits and SBC under the current Ready, Set, Sail promotion afforded to suites? Thanks!
DaveOKC Posted April 4, 2018 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2018 Do these suites qualify for suite perks such as double sailing day credits and SBC under the current Ready, Set, Sail promotion afforded to suites? Thanks! Yes they do (for the perks you mention). These cabins are fairly small for "suites" IMO however. More like the normal balcony ones on HAL. The additional perk takes the sting out of the fare a little bit!

Shimmies in the slightest wind/sea conditions. If waves hit the ship from the back, they slap against the stern (under the ducktail?) and the bang and shudder can be terrible. It may alter our thinking as we are looking at a November cruise when the weather could be an issue. You have given me something to think about. Agree with this description of the ride at the back! ;p We experienced the same thing on our January Koningsdam cruise. Immediately changed our cabin for upcoming cruise in September on the Koningsdam. Love the ship but not the aft cabins.

Queen of DaNile Posted June 6, 2018 #9 Share Posted June 6, 2018 This thread has been very helpful. Waying the pros and cons of Vista vs Verandah for a short hop in the Caribbean. Still working towards that "free" laundry.
