I don't smoke but I have seen postings about smoking at the South Beach Pool. One side of the casino is also for smokers.

Was on with a smoking friend....deck 7 aft pool, starboard side; deck 8 starboard side, small area outside Seaview Lounge; deck 19 Miramar Bar, starboard side and small area of casino, starboard side.

and if you are in the YC - there is on the Starboard side of the One Pool and right hand side of the Top Sail Lounge (outside sitting area)
