Robinhill Posted April 11, 2018 #1 Share Posted April 11, 2018 Is it just me, or has anyone else felt that the Club Royale agents on the phone are not very friendly or even helpful anymore? The last three times i have called over the past two months- not only do i have to wait at least 30-40 minutes for someone to actually answer, but they are not very friendly or particularly helpful or interested in doing that little extra like they used to. I was changing cabins and they had to do the change. In all the agents I have spoke to the last 10plus Years. She was if not the best agent I have dealt with. She was top 3. From helping me to very detailed on all my OBC and making sure I understood what was going on. I hung up wish I could deal with Club Royal more often. I guess it was the luck of the drew!!!! CruisingHusker Posted April 11, 2018 #4 Share Posted April 11, 2018 I called on Monday to inquire about upgrading my stateroom on my upcoming sailing. I waited for over an hour for a 3 minute call. Also, the casino rate discount they are offering me on future sailings isn’t anywhere close to what I have been getting the last couple of years. queenfrostine22 Posted April 11, 2018 #5 Share Posted April 11, 2018 I also find the wait times to be exceptionally long. Every once in a while I get lucky and someone answers within 10 minutes. Other times I have waited close to an hour and then hung up and tried again later. That being said, I believe most of the casino reps are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful people to deal with. tomko2 Posted April 11, 2018 #6 Share Posted April 11, 2018 I have no issues at all when calling Club Royale. I seldom wait more than 1 or 2 minutes to speak to an agent. Generally I find the agents are quick to understand what I am asking about and helpful. I was changing two cruises and she did it in a way that allowed me to upgrade both of my cabins at a great price. It took an hour but well worth my time. The wait was around 10 minutes, but the agent I spoke with was extremely helpful and went out of her way to to assist my wife and I. Excellent customer service in this instance.
