This may not be what you’re after, but having just paid my Viking bar bill a couple weeks ago, a house red wine was € 4.50 and Maker’s Mark on the rocks was € 7.00 :D

I thought house wine was included with lunch & dinner. Is this charge because it was ordered other than at meals? Or am I mistaken? Thanks.

The house wines were included with lunch and dinner. Their recommended wines were $7.50-11.00 per glass.

They are included with meals. This was a charge for an extra glass later in the evening.

No. All beverage prices are inclusive.

You can also BYOB. There is no corking charge. Many people buy wine when in town and have it at dinner.
