On Carnival it is called the Behind the Fun tour. It is not free, costs $55 on the fantasy class ships, and $95 on the others. You sign up at guest services early in the cruise, and it is offered the last sea day. EM

Actually believe you sign up at the excursion desk.

 

Tour was great but might be pretty much the same as what you did on Celebrity.
