Nope.

 

The story I heard was that they had planned to do that (See NV, VY, EX, and AD on attached flyer) and X amount of money for it, basing their estimate on what it cost to put in Park Cafe on Vision/Radiance ships. However, whoever did this estimate neglected to consider that Vision/Radiance already had a kitchen in that spot, with crew corridor access.

 

 

On Voyager/Freedom, there is no existing kitchen and no crew corridor access. Real cost would have been around 3X, plus waste would have had to be carted through public areas. Miami said no to spending that much money to give away free food.

 

My idea (which oddly they have ignored) is to merge Cafe Promenade with Park Cafe. Just add all the Park Cafe items to Cafe Promenade, but keep the 24 hour access.
