Where’s my airline info?

I just booked my flight through HAL. Now I don’t know how to find it. I’ve looked all through the site. Will they send an email to let me have a hard copy? Or do they print it out with my boarding pass? 🤪

I’ve only done twice and both times i was given the airlines record locator number and i just went to the airline site to view/change seats, print copy of ticket, pick meal etc.

With the new site I wouldn’t know which direction to point you.

Sorry..might be easier to call HAL

Why not email or call someone who can answer that question? HAL, your Travel Agent, etc. Sometimes things change, and just because HAL did something for someone else in the past, it might not be how they do it today.

I have bought flights from them many times, they send you an email with the airline and confirmation number, and you go to the airline website, look up information, check in, select seats, etc. on the airline site. I have not done this in a year, so again verify it with HAL.

You need your airline record number. Your PCP at HAL should be able to provide you with this information. Once you have it, you will be able to see your air reservations booked through HAL with all of its details (i.e. seat assignments). Changes can be made, if desired, by you using that record number.

If such information is not received by you, call them and request it.

Just booked air this morning. The 'congratulations' page had the print icon, which I did. within the hour I got an email with the new cruise confirmation PDF file which now includes air. It's called an Air Notification.
