gilby Posted May 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2018 We have been back from a cruise for about a month and I noticed our points have not been added and I am wondering how long it takes or when I should contact them letting them know.
Shaded Lady Posted May 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 5, 2018 I think I'd call Carnival- my last cruise we had credit for our cruise in our VIFP profile within a week.
Jacktommom Posted May 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 5, 2018 We cruised in February and didn't get credit for the longest time. I contacted carnival and apparently they made us a new VIFP profile (not sure how, it had the right number on the card). But they had to combine the profiles and then it showed up. So I would contact Carnival. This happened to a lot of people on our sailing

riffatsea Posted May 6, 2018 #7 Share Posted May 6, 2018 We moved up to platinum on our last cruise. It took about 1 week for them to stop sending me e mails saying I was gold and should book another cruise to become platinum! I called them after the first e mail like that. I would never have waited a whole month.

cajunfla Posted May 6, 2018 #9 Share Posted May 6, 2018 I would only worry about it when I'm ready to book my next cruise.
SadieN Posted May 6, 2018 #10 Share Posted May 6, 2018 Make sure your card had your correct VIFP number. Last cruise got all my perks so didn’t check until I get an email congratulating me on moving up to red! Turns out I booked without my middle name. The call center took care of it.
