Lottacruises Posted May 7, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 7, 2018 I thonk carnival can reach the ship through their number. Leave your itinerary and booking number and cabin number with whomever you feel will need to reach you. You can also call them from your cabin
suspaul Posted May 7, 2018 #4 Share Posted May 7, 2018 I just googled your ?, this is what I found out “We do not offer a direct dialing service to our ships. The following number is to be used as an emergency contact number for family members not traveling with our guests. In the event of a true emergency, family may contact our call center at 1-800-227-6482 on a 24/7 basis. Calling Home | Carnival Cruise Line https://help.carnival.com › detail › a_id Hope this helps. TIA Don't you have a cell phone? My phone is always turned on and my average phone bill runs around $10 - $20 per cruise.

serene56 Posted May 7, 2018 #8 Share Posted May 7, 2018 Don't you have a cell phone? My phone is always turned on and my average phone bill runs around $10 - $20 per cruise. that is very scarey. and will not tell people to do such you are not using YOUR service. You are using ships towers. Keep your phone in airplane mode. get the cheaper internet package and let them contact you that way In case of an emergency=- there is nothing i can do while on a ship so really no reason to contact me
