Impossible question to answer, if anyone could give you an accurate answer they would be a millionaire. And whatever the weather might have been like one year, has no bearing on the weather at the same time in future years.

As others have said, with very few global exceptions, it is virtually impossible to predict sea conditions as they can - and do - change daily. The only thing to associate with possible rough sea conditions is stormy weather.

The Canary Islands are each unique and beautiful, but there is no way to predict sea conditions.

As an example of the unpredictability of the weather, we flew out of Lanzarote on a Saturday in late February this year. Lovely day. But for the next three days, almost all the flights into the island were diverted to Fuertenventura due to high winds.
