Refundable OBC?

On my upcoming cruise on Oasis, I'll have a combination of promotional OBC (from a previous RCCL sale) and credit card points OBC. If I don't use it all on this cruise, is either or both of these eligible to be cashed out at the end of the cruise? I'm assuming the credit card OBC would be, but not sure about the promotional.

Refundable OBC can be cashed out on the last day of the cruise.

 

Visa points OBC is refundable, at least for now.

How can I tell if the promotional OBC is refundable? Would I have to call Royal?

When you are on the ship, get an invoice and it will show $ amount refundable and non-refundable.

Promotional (non-refundable) OBC is used first, followed by refundable OBC.

Royal's promo OBC has not been refundable.

On the Oasis it will tell you on your TV when you look up your account which is refundable and which is not. Non refundable is used first
