I’m traveling on escape in July...definitely interested in getting some vibe passes. I’m platinum as well as a few others in my group...what are my chances on getting passes? Also how many can one person buy?

It all depends on how many are left after the Suite Guests have purchased theirs. You can get as many as the number of people who are WITH YOU in your party that are in line.

It really depends on the sailing - how many b2b passengers there are and how many haven/suite guests who have priority boarding over platinum purchase vibe passes. We have been lucky twice..we went early got Group 1 boarding pass and were able to get them. All guests in the party who purchase must be present - 1 pass per person.

People who present themselves, in person, at Headliners may purchase one Vibe pass.

80 passes are sold to the 4500 passengers on the ship.

You need to show up at the terminal long before it opens and get into boarding group 1.

In New York, Haven guests board first, followed by casino guests (while there are hundreds of casino guests, not all show up for first embarkation). Then Ambassador/PlatinumPlus/Platinum guests. So,,, Manhattan is one place that you are even further behind in the boarding order.

So does the Haven guests who board and want the Vibe passes do they go to Headliners BEFORE going to the Haven area? Meaning they leave the guide in order to get the Vibe passes?
Haven guests are free to leave their escort and get VIBE passes. The concierge may have passes but going to get them from the main source is the better option since the concierge has fewer passes than Headliners has.

We have a few haven guests as well as casino at seas..what time should they get there to be first onboard

Some of the haven guests do purchase vibe passes even though the haven is just as nice because the vibe is an adult area whereas children are allowed in haven. One of the haven guests told me that they were able to get passes by emailing the concierge who reserved passes for them. It was 2 passes so I don't know what they would do for more than that or if all the concierges would do the same thing, might be worth a try if your concierge has already emailed you.

My experience isn't very recent but when we boarded the Breakaway we asked the concierge about VIBE passes and he phoned to reserve them, no need for us to leave our "guide".

Relying on the concierge is riskier.

Generally, when Haven guests send/receive email, it is the concierge desk, not the actual concierge. The desk then (hopefully) forwards the request to the actual concierge. VIBE passes are usually held by the concierge, anyway. It isn't because of a specific request. If multiple Haven guests request passes from the concierge, the passes could all be gone by the time a late arriving Haven guest gets there.

As for calling down for passes to be held, that is only possible if passes aren't already sold out. If others with priority boarding get passes before the call is made, there is nothing that a call can do.

In a nutshell, be one of the first to get on the ship and move very fast to headliners. All three times my wife and I got vibe passes they were gone within a 10-15 minute window. On our last cruise on the BA we were one of the first to get them, however I noticed the tickets started out at 21. I was told the first 20 passes were held for Haven guest

I agree with you, late arriving Havenguests may miss the passes.

We boarded the ship as the first passengers so when the concierge made the call no passes were probably sold. We were probably the first to buy them.

On the Getaway (4/22 to 4/29, departing from Miami) my husband and I were in boarding group 13 and still got Vibe passes. I'd get there as early as possible, but you may not be out of luck if you aren't group 1 -- it's still worth checking.

Does the Epic also have the VIBE? We’ll be sailing on her on July 2019 out of Barcelona and it would be great to gain entry into the area. We’ll be celebrating our 37th anniversary on this cruise and sailed on the SS Norway for our honeymoon. That was a great ship!

Quick question....what deck do we board on the escape? Just want to know the quickest route to headliners to get passes once on board escape

You board on deck 7, and you want to take the stairs down to deck 6.
