Vista / Live / Solo - May 27-June 2 2018...

As a solo cruiser, I often over hear other's conversations. Not eavesdropping, but incidental over hearing. People talk about some crazy stuff.

Also, the people I see over and over again, I like to give them names, like "hairy chest dude" or "tattoo guy" I'm sure they probably refer to me as "nipple ring guy" or who even knows what else... Anyway, just things that I notice and ponder upon...

Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming...

Loving your pics of the Chef Table!! THANK YOU!

I did this last cruise and I made a reservation for October because it is just sooooo much fun. Little pricey? Sure but do it on land, and it would easily be 50% more.

Prior to sailing, I posted on John Healds Facebook page about how I was finally going to sail the Vista, and missing it last year due to the hurricane. They messaged me back and asked for my cabin number, and they will try to send me a little surprise. I figured that was what the spa gift card was, but this just showed up at my door...

I have always wanted a genuine ship on a stick!

Just a basic red and white, nothing special. Probably $8-$9 per bottle on land

Making the transition from wine back to tequila... I hope I don't regret this in the morning. I had figured on having much more wine at the Chef's Table, but it was just not to be. Probably a good thing...

Cucumber margarita with Patron silver and St Germain

Brian at the Alchemy Bar is throwing down the jams tonight...

Basil and cucumber margarita with pickle salt rim... Note: not one single drink that I've had at Alchemy has been "on the menu" pure art...

Awesome pics and even a better sense of humor!

*** Pro tip #743 Bring a bowl from the buffet to the Blue Iguana, and construct a burrito bowl. Mexican eggs, sausage, those crunchy potato things, tomatoes, and onions... Mmmmmm...
