falkensmaze Posted June 7, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 7, 2018 Hi there is a cruise we have seen Bliss 6 day Pacific coast for next year, last week September, which we fancy but dates v vacation time don’t add up. So will this cruise most likely sail the following year or when will 2020 fall cruises be up? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Budget Queen Posted June 7, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 7, 2018 Yes there will be a pacific coastal cruise twice per year for re position. BUT do not expect it to be the same itinerary. A lot of variations are possible with ports. .
falkensmaze Posted June 8, 2018 Author #3 Share Posted June 8, 2018 Thank you. Itinerary not that important provided it ends in LA! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
don't-use-real-name Posted June 8, 2018 #4 Share Posted June 8, 2018 Hi there is a cruise we have seen Bliss 6 day Pacific coast for next year, last week September, which we fancy but dates v vacation time don’t add up. So will this cruise most likely sail the following year or when will 2020 fall cruises be up? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Forums All the ships (Bliss Jewel Pearl) in the Alaska market do seasonal ship positioning cruises twice a year - once in the spring going to Alaska and the autumn leaving. For the most part all of these movements port call at San Pedro (Long Beach/Los Angeles). The Mexican Rivera portion has variable ports but normally Cabo and Puerto Vallarta are the main ones. Further down the coast the ships doing the Panama Canal transit vary stops in Mexico Nicaragua Costa Rico and then the Canal. After the Canal the Caribbean port of Cartagena and one or more Caribbean ports before Miami or other gulf city. As for posting the 2020 schedule about a year and half out is the norm. Right now seeing the end of 2019. Keep following with CC here and the NCL.com site as well as other websites or even a TA if working with one. If you are on board one of NCL ships right now venture over to the Next Cruise desk and talk shop and maybe snag a certificate for an advanced booking with upgrade or at least maybe a heads up to something planned.
