Edhoff Posted September 15, 2018 #51 Share Posted September 15, 2018 No there are these 5 pink cottages next to Jack’s Shack. They look like a hotel or timeshare. We got our chairs from a lady standing on the beach. Sent from my iPhone using Forums Hi do you remember what she charged for chairs/umbrella? Thanks
pacruise804 Posted September 27, 2018 #52 Share Posted September 27, 2018 Hi do you remember what she charged for chairs/umbrella? Thanks I'm not sure about the previous poster, but when we were at Jack's last week there was a gentleman in a black security shirt. We paid him $10 for two chairs and an umbrella - seemed very reasonable for some shade from the sun. The "guard dogs";) that parked themselves near/under the chairs were no cost:')

teknoge3k Posted September 28, 2018 #54 Share Posted September 28, 2018 Wait, was this Topher, or were these some other dogs? John and Janet have Cristopher and Calypso (his new sister). There are also usually 4-5 other dogs that hang out there.

There are also usually 4-5 other dogs that hang out there. We had the "other" dogs by the chairs, not sure of breed but definitely not labradoodles. Calypso was out playing but Topher mostly kept to the cool of the store. The other dogs were collared and seemed clean, so we assumed they were domesticated. It still made me nervous seeing kids playing with unfamiliar dogs, but everyone seemed fine.
