Thorben-Hendrik Posted June 21, 2018 #26 Share Posted June 21, 2018 As with many of your posts, rules don't apply to you! Not all of them honey.....:*
RocketMan275 Posted June 21, 2018 #27 Share Posted June 21, 2018 Yes that is correct, sorry for any confusion. I would not try to bring wine on board in a coffee mug, I stated I would walk around the ship with the wine in a coffee mug, so I can put in a good amount and not worry about spillage or the need to get a refill. Do you have a favorite wine you use to fill your coffee mug?

johnjen Posted June 21, 2018 #30 Share Posted June 21, 2018 So far we haven't seen someone post that they take wine or beer on board in colostomy bags. Need we be surprised?

LeesSummitCruiser1 Posted June 21, 2018 #32 Share Posted June 21, 2018 You can send yourself a bottle or two and then take two bottles aboard. On our last cruise, our TA sent us a bottle as did the cruise line. With the two we brought we ended up with 4 bottles of wine in our cabin. Only problem is if you are a wine snob (guilty) there are few bottles I would buy on board and nothing they send me as gift I would want. I wish Royal would understand that wine snobs don't buy on board and they could get $15 to $25 a bottle if they would just let me bring my case on board. I would even agree to not bring anything they stock on board. Every fine restaurant we dine at has a corkage fee we gladly pay to drink our own wine. We are still money ahead and the corkage is pure profit for the restaurant.
cruisinfanatic Posted June 21, 2018 #33 Share Posted June 21, 2018 You will be pouring out! Frequently checked, just like mouthwash bottles, etc. why bother. Just obey the rules. I'm sure the OP didn't mean while embarking
