Where does Ruby Princess dock in San Francisco?

We are sailing next March on the Ruby and one of the ports is San Francisco. We are going to meet up with our friends from California. How far is Fishermans Warf or is there another tourist attraction close to the pier that we could meet up with them?

Should be Pier 27, maybe Pier 35 if there is another ship in port. If you look on Google map you can see the piers are very close to Fisherman's Warf. Your friends could actually meet you right outside the pier.

Pier 33 is the Alcatraz Landing, it's a short walk from the Cruise Pier 27. That is the excursion that takes you out to Alctraz Island.

The 2019 pier assignments for San Francisco are not out yet, but in general the cruise ships dock at Pier 27. That is an easy mile walk to Fisherman's Wharf along a broad sidewalk. Ghirardelli Square is also near Pier 27, so you have multiple options.

You also have the Exploratorium museum (a hands on science museum that is really fun) right there as well
