Do cabins onboard RCI ships come with kettles/tea making facilities?

 

If not, are there any issues with taking travel kettles onboard?

Yes in all cabins on all sailings from Southampton ( and I think Australia?)

 

On all other ships you only get kettles in JS and above. If you ask you may get one (I have on 2 cruises when not in JS).

Saw plenty of kettles , irons, steamers, and even a panini press on the naughty table disembarking off my last RCCL cruise

As above, ships sailing from China have them too, we sailed recently on Ovation as OH was very happy to see a kettle in the cabin.
