Hi, my son may have a 20 year old friend who wants to join us on cruise. other than having at least one 21 year old in each cabin is there any other items of concern for me? I know under 18 it's special paperwork. thanks

Nothing special to do for a 20 year old as they are an adult. They can participate in all activities except for consuming alcohol. Before anyone chimes in about you being able to sign so that they can drink beer or wine, unless you are a parent you can't sign for them to do that.

To further clarify, you not only have to be the parent, but the parent has to be onboard the cruise ship.
