I have redeemed my points for OBC on an upcoming cruise. Is there any restriction to what these OBC can be used toward? I plan on using them to pay for my gratuity. Is that allowed? Thanks in advance...

The OBC will go towards your total on board account balance.

There is no restriction on their use. You can even use them pre-cruise in your Cruise Planner.

I just used 15,000 to reduce my cruise fare by $150. :D

I used 75,000 to reduce my cruise by $750. Then after the cruise was paid off I redeemed another 50,000 to get onboard credit. I used it to purchase cruise tours and dinner!

Even if everything was charged on Royal, that is $60K+ :D
