dcwalker Posted July 16, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2018 I booked a casino deal on a September Carnival cruise. The deal was for a reduced cabin rate, which I got, and casino cash. In the past when I booked a deal with casino cash I received an email showing the amount with instructions to bring the email to the casino to get the cash. And the casino wouldn't give the cash without the email. I haven't gotten an email this time. Does anyone know if this procedure has changed? Do I just go to the casino on the first day and they'll be able to look up my booking and see the casino cash?
Alabaster Cruiser Posted July 17, 2018 #2 Share Posted July 17, 2018 We use a pvp to book and she can see how much casino cash we get. We get her to send us a verification email of the amount and we take that with us on the cruise. Sent from my VK700 using Tapatalk

EllaDuChien Posted July 18, 2018 #5 Share Posted July 18, 2018 Just off the Sunshine last week. I had my email and my postcard with the Casino Cash amount on it, but they did not ask for it. They had a list in the computer. It may be because it was a Premier cruise, so YMMV.

Mine is not premier, but I called Carnival this morning and the rep said they no longer do the email thing - I just have to go to the casino cage and they'll look up my booking. Hopin' that's true. Hopin' that's true. It is true! We have done several casino offers. Just go to the casino and give the cashier your sail and sign card and she will give you your cash. Have fun! LaCal Posted August 1, 2018 #10 Share Posted August 1, 2018 Just know that Carnival had changed the casino cash over on most ships with All to follow soon to either Free slot play or Fun chips No longer cold hard cash
Djptcp Posted August 1, 2018 #11 Share Posted August 1, 2018 I always email the Carnival Players Club after I have booked to confirm how much money I'll be getting. Sometimes it takes over a week to hear back but I always hear back. If I haven't received the offer in the mail, which gives me the amount I'll receive, I print out the Players Club response and bring it with me just in case. Have never needed it as they always have me on their list.

I just got home from a week on the magic. I received $200 in casino chips.
