Arkansas Cruise Family Posted July 26, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 26, 2018 We will be visiting Sagrada Familia in September. I'm not sure which tour is better, the audio version on our own, or the guided tour. Anyone have opinions? Also, it seems that there is not a ticket available for purchase for the guided tour that included the towers, but there is with the audio version. This might make a difference in which we would purchase, as the towers seem to be "can't miss". Thoughts? Thanks in advance, Christy
Rare Got2Cruise Posted July 26, 2018 #2 Share Posted July 26, 2018 We loved the audio guide. Very well done. You can go at your own pace and don’t have to strain to gather around the guide to hear.
Rare ollienbertsmum Posted July 29, 2018 #3 Share Posted July 29, 2018 I was very happy with the audio guide. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
senorbanda Posted July 29, 2018 #4 Share Posted July 29, 2018 I have done both. In 2014, we did the audio guide tour w/ Passion Tower. In 2016, we did the guided tour and no towers. The audio guide tour was good. The guided tour was excellent. Why? Because if you had any questions, the tour guide(person) was willing to answer any and all questions. You can't go wrong with either one.
wheezedr Posted July 29, 2018 #5 Share Posted July 29, 2018 Upside of the guided tour is someone to answer questions. Upside of the audio tour is ability to set your own pace, stop for more photos, etc. No right or wrong you really just have to decide what works best for you
WallyNDiane Posted July 31, 2018 #6 Share Posted July 31, 2018 How do they handle English speaking tours? Are they only offered at specific times of the day?
senorbanda Posted July 31, 2018 #7 Share Posted July 31, 2018 How do they handle English speaking tours? Are they only offered at specific times of the day? We were there in 2016 and English speaking tours were offered several times thru out the day. sagradafamilia.org
