Are there sales on Premier Beverage Package? Does it pay to wait til boarding to buy?

Sometimes Princess offers the "Sip & Sail" promotion which must be booked in advanced and is not available for all sailings.

I've never seen a sale just for the package. For the last 4 years, inclusion of the package has been part of the Sip & Sail promo offered in the summer (currently) for cruises in the following summer/fall.

Only the Sip & Sail which runs from late June to late August. With it you can get S&S applied to any booking for a balcony or higher cabin. The catch is that you must add S&S 12 to 24 months before the cruise.
