Security charge?

I was just reading a review that said msc charges a security charge every time they port. Is this true? And if so is it already built into the fair or something that you get surprised with at the end?

If such a charge exists it must be included in fare as I have never seen it added to my invoice at end of cruise.

It is included in your "port fees"

I expect that all cruise lines have a security fee included in "port fees & taxes".
