Did you used to have an ID that was something other than your email address? If so, they pretty much forced you to create a new ID using your email address. If this is the case you will need to use the old ID and password that you had. I found this to be the case with me, I tried my new email address ID and the login failed but it worked with my old ID. I can't even get in to print out my set sail pass of luggage tags. The C & A desk told me last Monday that they would fix this problem by Friday, they also said they would call me to let me know. Friday came and went, still not able to log in and no phone call. Have to use you old login and password info from before Website change. Not new login that uses email address. So, it asks me to verify my data such as email, etc. Enter email and it tells me that email is already used. NS Dick Tracy. LOL Sign into my booked cruises. That works but there is no way to select Gift Preference. How do you get to your Member profile and do anything now? I can Check-in On-line for our next 2 cruise, print Boarding Passes, but cannot find Gift Preference from where RCI takes me to. Anyone else having this problem. Called RCI and they are useless. The rep was very apologetic and said that they have noted a significant number of complaints & there have been conversations about possibly re-enabling that online capability.
