bones774 Posted August 8, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 8, 2018 Hi, I'm looking at a cruise originating in NY and terminating in Quebec city( seems to be a lot of that now). What are some of my options for returning to NYC. Something that might be different and/or fun? And if I was to return to NY via cruise ship but a different line possibly are there any legal ramifications or logistics to be cautious of? Thanks

navybankerteacher Posted August 10, 2018 #5 Share Posted August 10, 2018 Train to Montreal - after giving yourself a day or two in Quebec, spend a night or two in Montreal, then Amtrak to New York.

Rare *Miss G* Posted August 10, 2018 #7 Share Posted August 10, 2018 You may also be interested in a small ship adventure which leaves Montreal, travels around the St Lawrence then into Lake Ontario, then into the Erie Canal and down the Hudson to arrive back in NYC. Since one of its' stops is Quebec City you may want to join the voyage at that point, but Montreal is certainly worth visiting if you can fit it into your itinerary.
