Cost of cocktails?

Besides only on a limited number of ships, with limited hours, Alchemy has a limited drink and wine menu. You just stated that.
First of all, they sell no wine at Alchemy, just like they sell no beer or frozen drinks. They do however sell alcohol that can be concocted accordingly to your specific tastes. The only thing that is limited is your imagination deciding what to order. They are plenty of bars on board to get beer, wine and premade junk.

And I still can't figure out how you can't grasp the concept that over 70% of the fleet is not limited.

Seats are limited at Alchemy bars, but if you can score one, you may order a French Kiss, which is made with Domaine Chandon Sparkling Wine.

FRENCH KISSYou may fall in love with this. Absolut Vanilia (their spelling, not mine) Vodka, Chambord,Domaine Chandon Sparkling Wine and a touch of fresh lime.
