DougD137 Posted January 11, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 11, 2006 Just wondering what a good time for a flight home would be on the day of departure. Does anyone think 2pm is to early?
Rare Keith1010 Posted January 11, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 11, 2006 What airport will you be flying home from and what port do you arrive into and what time is disembarkation? With this information, you'll receive better advice. Keith
doone Posted January 11, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 11, 2006 Cruise lines tell you not to book a flight home before 1 pm. I have never had a problem book a flight home 12 noon or later. That 2 pm flight should be perfectly fine. I am speaking of sailing out of Miami or Ft. Lauderdale.

Bequia Posted January 11, 2006 #7 Share Posted January 11, 2006 Any time from noon on with no worries. If you really want to live on the edge you could probably make a 10:30 am flight.....;)
DougD137 Posted January 13, 2006 Author #8 Share Posted January 13, 2006 Well I found a flight from continental that leaves at 2:55 pm out of Miami. I should be able to make that flight if our boat docks at the port in Miami at 8am.
