mzk90 Posted October 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted October 1, 2018 Currently in Split on Vision OTS. Interesting sailaway from Venice, big protest in the canal from locals wanting cutbacks on cruise ships. Lots of police in speedboats & jet skis trying to ward them off, but fireworks sent over the open pool deck & onto a balcony. No big deal in reality Anyway, any questions now only a few days left, fire away. Mark

Can I purchase day pass for WiFi for sea days only? Appreciate you spent time answering while cruising. Thank you. I can help with the wifi question. You can purchase for single 24 hour periods. (it is the most expensive way to buy wifi, however. Price it out and see if a package of some sort isn't more beneficial for you. The information will pop up when you go to purchase)

Merion_Mom Posted October 2, 2018 #13 Share Posted October 2, 2018 Now *I* have a question, mzk90. I'm hoping that you are Diamond or above. Can you use your drink vouchers in the dining room and other restaurants? (if you aren't D yet, could you ask around and find out, please? Grazie.) Appreciate you spent time answering while cruising. Thank you. Hi, we're also currently on Vision. There's 2 formal nights this cruise, days 2 and 11. Don't think there's lobster on European cruises, but we won't know for sure until tomorrow. Sent from my SM-T550 using Forums mobile app

Not been in MDR much to be fair, but not seen free lobster. It seems available every night if you pay for it! I have seen them advertise day passes for Wi-Fi yes. mzk90 Posted October 2, 2018 Author #17 Share Posted October 2, 2018 We were at Chef's Table during sail away and didn't see any of the protest! Sent from my SM-T550 using Forums mobile app It was all in the port side and was when we got past San Basilio but well before St Marks. There were loads of protestors on the quayside & plenty of boats, but Police dealt with it fairly well, given difficulty on water. Bar the 2 fireworks fired at the ship, it was pretty harmless.
