Unable to login with IPad, IPhone ok

I think that is what I did? It is working now😀

I removed the Cruise Critic App and then reinstalled it so all the old data was deleated.

Try using an incognito/private tab

You are correct!

Upon further checking with both my IPhone 6S and IPad both with IOS 12.0.1 I can only access Cruise Critic using Safari.
