dubroben22 Posted October 29, 2018 #1 Share Posted October 29, 2018 are you required to print e-docs? I am sailing on the gem on Dec-15 and got already couple e-mails that my e-docs are ready, but when i click on download the site says they are not ready to be retrieved. KaDarr Posted October 29, 2018 #2 Share Posted October 29, 2018 Well, that's weird. Are you all paid up? I believe the policy is that you can print your edocs if it is within 60 days and you are completely paid up. You're with the 60 days obviously. It was an issue with the website. I called the website support contact number and the used Drano or whatever it took to fix the "blockage" and I was able to download the edocs after that. zqvol Posted October 29, 2018 #8 Share Posted October 29, 2018 To answer the question there is no need to print your docs as long as you have an electronic copy with you.

It would not matter - you are not going to get color out of a black printer anyway. The information printed is all in the bar scan block in the middle of the edoc. That is all that is needed - you only need to print page -1- the top copy. Need luggage tags look for the small suitcase and click for the tags - and oh the luggage tags will print in black & white with a color (ie. Brown) noted. No printer - no problem show your passport and any other documents required and the Registration Desk can access your data albeit with perhaps a small delay. Have a smart phone duplicate/copy the bar scan that will work also - I am not sure if NCL has an APT for this - anyone know ???
