Thermal spa access

I am wondering if the thermal spa access is included if you are booked in a Haven 2 bedroom villa on NCL Bliss.

No.  Thermal spa access is only included with cabins/suites designated as a "spa" cabin, or by purchasing a pass

The Thermal Suite is only included with Spa room. There are spa balconies (B9), spa minisuites (M9), and spa Haven (H9) rooms. The spa haven room is small and not in the Haven complex (several floors below). You can pre-purchase a spa pass for ~$200 per week.

No, you have to be in a "spa" cabin or purchase access.
