casinoman1 Posted November 14, 2018 #1 Share Posted November 14, 2018 I am due next April to go on a 5 night cruise from Miami with Royal Caribbean, after the final night I will have reached Diamond level in the Crown and Anchor society.I get off the Ship on the Friday morning. The following day, Saturday I am getting on a Celebrity Cruise, also from Miami, will I get the Elite tier of benefits ?
NantahalaCruiser Posted November 14, 2018 #2 Share Posted November 14, 2018 Although it is possible that this might happen, I would imagine that the regular process would generally take a few days. Suggest you contact both the Crown and Anchor and Captain's Club reps to see if they can facilitate it for you.
WestLakeGirl Posted November 14, 2018 #3 Share Posted November 14, 2018 Thats cutting it close. It might take a couple of days for the Captain’s Club host to sort it all out.

dkjretired Posted November 14, 2018 #5 Share Posted November 14, 2018 Many have written in about passing a level on first leg of a BtB and what happens on second leg on the same leg. Haven't seen one where you're going from Royal to Celebrity. The advice given above is excellent, see your C and Anchor rep as soon as possible on arriving on the ship. I'm sure she/he can get a message to the Celebrity rep. I would however try and get an email for the Captains Club on the Celebrity ship and advise them of the circumstances. Good luck.
Lady Chew Posted November 14, 2018 #6 Share Posted November 14, 2018 We were in the same situation a few years ago, but I think we had one or two more days between cruises. We went to see the CC rep first thing after we boarded, with our key cards from the Royal C cruise and our invoice from that cruise. SHe was able to access our records right away. She got us our new key cards and gave us new coupon sheets for Elite. We had to turn in the ones that had been in our stateroom for the lower level. Of course there are no coupons anymore!
