Blue Lagoon, Reykjavik by bus

His should not be so hard but I am stymied. I arrive on the Getaway 5/31 and want to take a bus to Blue Lagoon. 

1. Where is the pickup spot at the port?

2. Once picked up, do we go to the bus depot to get to Blue Lagoon?

3. How much time do I need to allot?

this is complicated by the fact my friend wants the special private package at the Lagoon and it is offered in 4 hour blocks.
