Be sure to bring your offers (email or mailer) with you.  Same thing happened with us (assured us over the phone we both woudl receive) however, on board, the Casino did not have my husband's offer recorded.  We showed the mailer we received and was able to get it straightened out.

If your offer is fun play then you will get the choice of fun chips for tables or load it to your players bank for slot play. Your offer would have to say casino cash to get cash.

I’m apart of the players club and I have never seen any offer that says casino cash?  They all say fun play

As stated before, fun play is fun play, not cash. Your offer would say casino cash if they were giving you cash. The post you replied to was from 2019. There aren't many (if any) cash offers now a days.
