POA while in port

Can anyone tell me if while in port, does the POA receive the local channels like ABC, NBC or Fox?

Nope, it is still a satellite service, so they only pay for the channels they want, and it doesn't change in port.

They do have news channels, just can't remember which ones since it was all background noise to me. I feel like msnbc was one. They didn't have many channels so we didn't bother with the TV much.
