Per the usual, I'm staking my claim on first in line for boarding group 1... I'll be sitting down for over two hours, so a little standing around will do me good. I'll be walking probably about 4 or 5 miles this afternoon in addition...

So, I'm standing here at the zone 1 pole and this lady walks up and sets her bag down directly in front of mine. I said " lady, you're seriously not trying to blatantly cut in front of me, are you?"  Anyhoo, she's now second in line for zone 1

Wheels down in Miami... Waiting for the next Metro Rail train towards Brickell... We landed twenty minutes ahead of schedule, and I'm likely too early to check in to the hotel. When I get downtown I'm going to walk to the local taco stand and take in some nourishment before heading out drinking...

My Chariot has arrived... This is my first time on one of their new subway cars. The old ones were pretty crappy... This is much nicer in comparison.  I may actually be able to take a picture out the window of this one...

My friends, we have arrived! After the tacos, it was a few blocks away to my castle for the evening. The Conrad Miami Brickell...

I've tried those. While it didn't totally hold off the hangover, I do feel like it lessened the intensity and duration.

The hotel lobby is on the 25th floor (I'm on 18) and has a nice balcony facing the Port of Miami... I'll be able to catch a glimpse of the Bliss from here tomorrow morning.
