Dubai Sues Canal Cruise

We have booked this cruise the first of April 2020.  I tried to purchase excursions and beverage package for my spouse and myself.

 

Celebrity will not except any purchases for this cruise.  I talked directly (after several lenghly tries) to Celebrity and they directly refused.  Said maybe later. 

 

Anyone have ave this type of problem?  I am a loyal Celebrity and this doesn’t sound like Celebrity.

We are booked on this cruise since May —just checked and suites are sold out — only one Aqua 1 available . I think it’s a little early for excursions, don’t know how early you can book beverage packages

Sorry, it was the April 2019 sailing they got 50% off. Probably next year your sailing will be included.
